A born and raised Texan (no I didn’t ride a horse to school. I lived in a typical suburban neighborhood and ate Kids Cuisine for dinner).
Obsessed with my dog.
Her name is Elphie (short for Elphaba Wednesday Matthews). I was in 8th grade and in the height of my musical theatre kid phase (its not a phase mom!) and thus her name came to fruition.
Love to read.
My first reading experience was with C.S Lewis’ Chronicles of Narnia, but my love of reading came from Nancy Drew and Jane Austen. Currently, I am reading Anna Karenina, Wish You Were Here, and The Art Thief.

Final fun fact: Yes, my full first name is Mollie-Claire! My mom wanted to honor both sides of our family, so my name carries legacies from each side. It’s a mouthful, but I’m thankful 🙂
